You will feel welcome when you arrive at Central Christian Church. We've worked hard to make parking easier and more accessible. You may enter our campus from the N. Martin Luther King Blvd. entrance, the E. Short Street entrance or the Corral Street entrance. You may park in spaces reserved especially for you as our visitor. Parking spots for those with special needs are located near the convenient, covered portico leading to our welcome center.
What to expect when you arrive

Whether you arrive through the new, covered entrance to our welcome center, or the heritage-steeped E. Short Street entrance with its historic doors carved with the stories of our faith, you'll meet the friendly faces of our hospitality team who will be happy to guide you. Campus maps also are available at the information desk in our welcome center.
Child care and children's worship
Child care for infants and toddlers is available for both our 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. services. A member of the children's ministry team will be available in the colorful children's enter to assist you in securely checking your child in and out. Preschoolers and school-age children are invited to participate in a very special Worship & Wonder experience in our new, specially-designed sanctuary for children.

Sunday School and KidsCentral
People of all ages are invited to participate in Sunday School activities, which begin at 9:30 a.m. An exciting, fast-paced new curriculum for kids, KidsCentral, will have your children participating in art, science, cooking, drama, music, and more as they learn the stories of the Bible. Adults can nurture their journey of faith through classes located on the second floor, which are accessible by using the stairs or our recently-added elevator.
Getting to know you
Between the Sunday School hour and worship service, from 10:30 to approximately 11 a.m., we invite you to fellowship in our hospitality center and enjoy coffee and refreshments. The information desk and greeters will be available to answer any questions you may have.
You're welcome to worship
Be sure to pick up a worship bulletin at one of the sanctuary entrances to guide you through music selections, congregational prayers and other transitional moments during the service. Seating also is available in the balcony, accessible via the stairs located near the E. Short Street entrance.
Children's worship bulletins are also available at each sanctuary entrance, along with crayons you can borrow during the service to keep little hands busy if your child chooses to remain with you. However, we encourage you to arrive early and check out the children's area so your little ones will feel comfortable and can fully enjoy the special experience there. Children will be invited forward for a children's moment with one of our ministers before being guided to the children's area if they choose to participate.
During the service, we hope you will feel welcome and invite you to participate fully. We observe Communion weekly, and all who wish to do so are invited to take part.
