Salt & Pepper Groups

SALT AND PEPPER FELLOWSHIP GROUPS FORMING

     Central offers a unique opportunity for members of our congregation to get to know one another through fellowship over dinner in small groups. The groups are formed to intentionally mix varied ages, backgrounds and newer and longer-term members. The groups have between 8-12 members and are asked to covenant to meet four times From Mid-August through Early Spring.
     The group may choose to meet in members’ homes or to gather in a restaurant (it is completely up to the individual group). Please don’t hesitate to sign up for the group even if you cannot host a meal because there will be enough members in each group that not everyone will need to host a dinner.
     Here is how it works: the first host family will contact the group members and a date will be established for the first meal. The host is responsible for providing the main course and drinks with the other participants sharing their pot-luck offering.
